Yesterday I hit twelve weeks and according to Baby Center, my baby is the size of a lime. I also went for a 1st trimester screening that determines if you're at risk for Downs Syndrome or other Chromosomal defects. During this screening they give you an ultrasound and take some blood. At the ultrasound, I asked the tech could she see the sex. I know it's early, but I wanted to ask anyway. Well, she didn't want to guess because the umblilical cord was in the way, but I thought I saw something, although I'm not going to share now because it could have been my imagination.
On another note, I've been feeling something that seems to be my little lime moving around. With each pregnancy you feel the baby a little sooner than before and this is the earliest yet. Sometimes it feels like little bubbles and sometimes it feels as if the baby is moving from one side to the other. I love feeling the baby move around, that way, I know that it's okay.
